My holga has had it’s share of pills and tumbles…which is doing something I enjoy by making my images even more unpredictable than normal.  These three images are from the same roll of film, and they’re bizarre and eerie - but I love them.

You ever have those random photos that you’ve taken that you’re absolutely in love with, but there seems to be no reason for you to be?  This is one of mine.  I don’t know why I love it so much, but I do.  Though, I think that for me, the reason has more to do with the location and the memories that have happened there than the actual photo.  But I do love lights and a night sky - I think because I’m a city girl that can’t see stars.

This was one of the segments in season one that my art was used in.  I was so incredibly happy, not only because I loved the little pieces I made (tin foil stars and a trashcan), but because I love the work of Sebastian Gutierrez.
