Martin Scorsese winning the Academy Award for Best Achievement in Directing in 2007

This was one of my most awesome Oscar watching moments ever.  Not just because of the film, the director and who presented him the award, but because I was watching the show with about 10 of my friends and we all screamed with delight when Scorsese was called.  It felt like our team had won the superbowl.
